Pirin Dreams is a family project, born from our long-standing connection with the Pirin Mountains and the idea of creating a place that brings together nature, privacy and the comfort of a contemporary home.

For years, this part of Pirin has been a place we return to - for weekends, holidays and time away from the pace of everyday life. Our own experience of the area gradually shaped the idea behind Pirin Dreams and the kind of place we wanted to create.

The project consists of private villas designed to make the most of their natural surroundings, with panoramic views towards Pirin and Rila. Each home combines modern comfort with the space and tranquillity of mountain living, making it suitable for every season.

For us, Pirin Dreams is a natural continuation of our connection with this part of Bulgaria - a place we know, value and want others to experience.
