1.1. The website www.pirin-dreams.com (the "Website") is owned and operated by Investbuild - BS Ltd., UIC 206654172, registered office: 24 Dimitar Mollov Street (ground floor), Mladost 1, 1750 Sofia, Bulgaria, email: info@pirin-dreams.com.

1.2. The Website provides information about the Pirin Dreams villas near Razlog, Bulgaria, offered for sale, including descriptions, visualisations, floor plans, location and prices.

1.3. By using the Website you agree to these Terms of Use.

 

2. Use of the Website

2.1. Users may browse the content of the Website and contact us through the contact form, the chat or by email.

2.2. It is prohibited to use the Website for unlawful purposes or to copy, reproduce or distribute its content without our prior written consent.

2.3. Users shall not use the Website in a way that may disrupt its operation or harm other users.

 

3. Property Information

3.1. All information on the Website is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute an offer to conclude a contract. Descriptions, areas, prices and availability are indicative and may change without notice. Only the terms of a signed contract are binding.

6.2. These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent Bulgarian courts, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers.

2. What data we process

  • First and last name, email address and phone number, when you provide them

  • The content of your inquiry or chat message and your interest in a specific property

  • Technical data (IP address, browser, device), processed automatically for the operation and security of the Website

 

We collect personal data only when you provide it voluntarily.

 

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Answering your inquiry, providing information about the properties and arranging viewings – steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)

  • Sending information about other properties or projects – only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time

  • Security and proper operation of the Website and protection against abuse – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

  • Website statistics – only if you accept analytical cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)

  • Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)

 

4. Recipients

We do not sell or rent your personal data. It may be processed by:

  • Service providers acting on our behalf: Wix.com (hosting, contact form and chat), Google (email services and, if you consent, Google Maps) and Usercentrics (cookie consent management)

  • Partner real estate agencies – only where necessary to handle your inquiry about a specific property

  • Public authorities – where required by law

 

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases the transfer is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on standard contractual clauses approved by it.

 

6. Retention

Data from inquiries is kept for up to 2 years after our last contact, unless a contract is concluded, in which case it is kept for the periods required by law. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until the consent is withdrawn.

 

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object to processing and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@pirin-dreams.com. We will respond within one month.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
